Packing Checklist
Pack as you would pack for any other ski vacation. Dinners at the lodge are very casual, so you can leave your fancy attire in the car.
- Passport - If you will be crossing the border, don't forget your passport
- Driving directions
- Ski equipment
- Ski clothes
- Casual après ski clothes
- Slippers or shoes for the lodge
- Camera
- Winter walking boots -- if you are staying in a chalet, you will need these to comfortably commute to the main lodge
- Backpack - It's OK to bring a small pack with you into the snowcat each day with an extra layer, snacks, cameras, etc.
What NOT to pack
We provide all of the safety equipment needed including shovels, probes, and avalanche transceivers. YOU DO NOT NEED:
- Powder straps
- CB radios
- Avalanche transceivers
- Shovels
- Probes
- First-aid kits
- Camelbak - We will have plenty of drinks and food in the snowcat each day.
- Boot dryers - We have a drying room in the lodge.
- Ski / snowboard tuning equipment - We have a full set of tools for fixing and tuning skis and snowboards at the lodge. If your equipment needs to be cleaned up prior to your trip, please take care of that before arrival.
- Alcohol - Our liquor license prohibits us from allowing any alcohol on the premises which has not been purchased under our liquor license. If you have any special requests — i.e. a specific liquor or bottle of wine — we are happy to accommodate whenever we can.
