For the first time ever, Baldface Lodge has teamed up with Barrett Christy and frequency The Snowboarder's Journal to host a powdery ladies-only retreat. During the week of March 18 to 22, 2007, thirty-six lucky ladies will be treated to steep powder, rejuvenating yoga classes, and cozy mountain-top ammenities at what GQ Magazine called one of the world's top ten hippest hotels. A Word from Barrett Christy
"I learned a long time ago that riding with friends who are better than me was the best way to improve my riding. I want to offer that experience to you. I am bringing along some of my friends who inspire and push me to new levels, like Megan Pischke and Stacy Thomas. Each group of 12 riders will be joined by one of these inspirational women in addition to two certified guides who will lead the lucky crew to perfect, challenging terrain while expanding snow safety knowledge. After riding all day long, riders will complete their days with gourmet meals, massage therapy, goose down duvets, wine tastings, and yoga classes to work out the kinks and increase stamina."
